Booking & Marketing Your Retreat
We’ll help you explore how Finca Indigo can support your retreat, including a tour of the venue, availability, pricing, and guest capacity.
The finca hosts up to 20 guests, with most groups ranging from 12–18. We can assist with room allocation, either in person or via video call, where we’ll show you the five Casas and all shared spaces.
The finca is rented exclusively on a full-board basis, with a minimum stay of four nights and at least ten guests. Pricing varies by group size, with lower per-person rates for larger groups. Contact us for a personalised quote.
To secure your dates, we require a 15% deposit (refundable up to 60 days before your retreat). Once confirmed, we’ll create a personalised retreat page on our website with your details and photos.
We’ll also support your marketing through email campaigns, social media, and a selection of ready-to-use images and branding materials.
Support Before & During Your Retreat
In the lead-up to your retreat, we’ll stay in close contact to plan menus, confirm dietary requirements, and arrange mealtimes that work with your schedule. We can organise airport transfers, advise on car hire, and book optional extras such as yoga or Pilates sessions, massages, or evening entertainment like a Spanish guitarist or Flamenco dancer. We can also recommend excursions we think your group may enjoy.
Once your retreat begins, we’ll be on hand to make sure you and your guests have the best possible experience. We’ll support you with anything you need to run your sessions smoothly and we’re here to help with the unexpected too, from lost luggage to health concerns.
Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions are written to ensure the smooth running of your retreat. Here are the headlines: *As a leader you are responsible for your guests' behaviour *You should have adequate professional liability insurance *There is rough terrain so please take care *No cars or pets within the site (there is a car park at the entrance) *No children under the age of 14 *We may use photos from your retreat unless you expressly opt out *15% deposit and balance 60 days before you start *See full terms and conditions (click button)
