A Five-Day Journey of Yoga, Vitality & Connection
An Invitation to Reconnect
Join us for five nights in beautiful southern Spain for a journey of movement, mindfulness, connection and renewal.
Metamorfosis is an invitation to reconnect with yourself through movement and breath, explore new ways of moving and feeling, and make space for joy, laughter and meaningful connection.
In our daily lives, filled with endless tasks and the rush of a fast-paced lifestyle, we often lose touch with ourselves. We forget to listen to our bodies, connect with our true nature, and nurture the connection between body, mind, and soul.
This is an invitation to pause, slow down, and reconnect with ourselves. To create space to listen to our bodies, become more present, and rediscover the importance of self-love and inner balance.
Led by Natalia and Tamara, this retreat brings together our shared love for well-being and our complementary approaches to yoga, movement and Ayurvedic-inspired self-care.

Meet Your Hosts Natalia & Tamara
The retreat will be led by myself, Natalia, together with my dear friend and fellow yoga teacher, Tamara.
We first met in Bali in 2023 during our yoga teacher training, and we immediately connected through our love of yoga, movement, wellness and creating meaningful experiences for people. Since then, we’ve always talked about creating a retreat together. Life took us in different directions for a while, with moves, work and everything life brings, but we are finally making it happen — and we’re so excited to invite people to share this experience with us in Spain
Natalia — Yoga & Movement
Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years, and movement has always been my way of expressing myself, finding freedom and feeling truly alive. With my playful and energetic spirit, I’ve shared my passion through teaching Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yoga Sculpt in Ireland.
Last year, I had to take a break from teaching and return to Brazil due to health challenges. Through that experience, I discovered an even deeper meaning in my practice. Yoga has taught me that strength isn’t just physical — it’s about finding balance through life’s ups and downs, embracing change and having the courage to begin again.
That’s what Metamorfosis means to me: growth, resilience and rediscovering our vitality and the joy of being alive. I’m so excited to share this journey, inspire others to explore their own strength and remind us all that life is meant to be felt, celebrated and lived to the fullest.
After years of studying evidence-based health sciences, I realized it wasn't the path through which I was meant to help people. Yoga opened the first door, but discovering Ayurveda was the true turning point I just knew this was it. Even now, after years of dedicated learning, I realize there is still an ocean of wisdom left to explore. Yet, nothing brings me greater satisfaction than using this knowledge to help others.
Ayurveda is so much more than just eating well or optimizing your lifestyle. It is a deeper inquiry into life itself. It teaches us to slow down in this frantic world and find joy in the small things we so often take for granted. It shows us how to work with our bodies, to listen closely, and to rest when things become too much. True fulfillment doesn't come from greed or the endless pursuit of 'more.' Instead, it comes from living a vibrant, energized life rich in experiences. It's about savoring every single second, practicing self-love, doing good deeds, and choosing a path that prioritizes inner peace over material things.
