Set in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean, this is a 7-day retreat for anyone who feels like they need to pause, breathe, and come back to themselves.
Not in a perfect way.
Not in a “get it right” kind of way.
Just in a way that feels honest and real.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering what’s already there, underneath the noise, the pressure, and the constant doing.
Across the week, we’ll move, rest, talk, reflect, and spend time just being. Some sessions will be more energising (but you can go at your own pace), others slower and more supportive, and you’ll always be invited to meet your body where it is, not where you think it should be.
The experience
You’ll be guided through a range of practices that support both movement and rest, allowing you to explore different ways of connecting with your body and yourself.
This includes
* Vinyasa and more dynamic movement, Hot Yoga
* Yin and deeply restful sessions
* Aqua yoga, bringing a sense of ease and lightness
* Chair yoga, offering support and accessibility for every body
* Coaching and guided group spaces for reflection and connection
There will also be plenty of time to rest, enjoy the surroundings, spend time by the pool, or simply take a moment for yourself. You have to option to do as little or as much as you want.
Prices from £1800 with payment plan available.

About Donna Noble
Donna Noble is an internationally recognised wellbeing coach, author, and speaker, known for her work in making yoga more inclusive, accessible, and grounded in real life.
She is the author of Teaching Body Positive Yoga and the forthcoming Demystifying Yoga, and has taught across the UK, Europe, and the US at retreats, festivals, and leading wellness platforms. With over a decade of teaching experience, her work continues to challenge long-standing ideas about who yoga is for and how it should look.
Donna’s approach moves beyond the idea of yoga as something to perform, instead creating space for a deeper connection through movement, breath, and rest. Her teaching is both grounded and transformative, offering an experience that is supportive, spacious, and thoughtfully held.
At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful belief: that yoga is not about how it looks, but how it feels to be in your body. Through her retreats, Donna creates an environment where you can slow down, restore, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels both nourishing and sustainable.
