A movement retreat to reconnect to your core and inner rhythm through dance, yoga and pilates.
Welcome to a women's retreat designed to help you find your way back to the joy in movement, while building
physical and mental strength.
We will explore and work with our physical core, but also our inner essence in terms of our values, our passions, our longings and the many layers of everything we identify with.
With curiosity and playfulness we will hold space for you to unfold into the woman you already are, all we have to do
is to remember.
Our intention is that this retreat will guide you to a lifestyle that makes you thrive.
So that you feel confident in your own skin and fully express yourself, and at the same time have a functional nervous system
working in your favor.
About The Program
We want to invite you to let go of perfection, to move with curiosity and reconnect with the joy of moving freely.
No matter your previous experience of dance, yoga or pilates, we believe that movement and rhythm is a key to move through life. We believe that your physical, emotional and energetical body are all interconnected, and that you are capable of healing through movement. And each and single one of us, can experience movement and rhythm and the magic that happens in between!
Through pilates, yoga and dance you will be taught techniques you can use in your everyday life, to build a stronger and more resilient body, preventing stiffness, injuries and a dysfunctional body - as well as burn out or simply the struggle of managing a stressful everyday life.
We will explore yogic philosophy, diving into a self inquiry, with journaling and sharing methods.
You will receive individual guidance and training that’s truly tailored to you—based on your individual needs and what your body is ready for. Joining us will give you the chance to connect with your own body and explore its ability to recover, rebuild, and renew—at your own pace.
All the activities during this retreat are optional, our intention is that you also get time to rest, reflect and just be.

ANNA Andersson
About Us
IRINI Dougias Andersson
Dance has always been my greatest passion as long as I can remember. I have 17 years experience as a dance teacher.
Dance became my medicine for mental health.
At the age of 23, I was diagnosed with System Lupus which drastically changed my life. I couldn't move like before anymore.
My joints stiffened, my entire body was in pain, and I moved as slow as I constantly was fighting against an elastic resistance band. And then at that point, I experienced pilates. The first training form that I could manage without pain.
And when realizing the benefits and quick results from it, I was hooked. Pilates became my physical medicine. And thanks to this I slowly built my strong body back again and could move more effortlessly again.
And through that journey I discovered my life force and my passion for helping people to find their way back to who they are again, beyond their diagnosis. For the ones that lost their spark and confidence because of a diagnosis that made them feel like a stranger in their own body.
I decided to quit my full time job as a high school teacher and became a certified pilates instructor in 2021. After that I completed different forms of pilates, different concepts of reformer pilates styles, to widen my competence and understanding for the human body, including anatomy.
I have worked as a teacher for classic mat pilates, HIIT pilates and reformer classes in Sweden, Mallorca (Spain) and Greece.
My background is 20 years of experience as a dance and yoga instructor and facilitator of ceremonies and retreats. I call my main practice Yogansa flow, a fusion of contact improvisation, contemporary dance, belly dance, yoga and joint release techniques. My yoga practice has its base in hatha yoga, with elements of kundalini yoga and Yoga Synergy.
For 11 years (2012-2023)I was running a studio called Yogansa, in my hometown Stockholm, where I met with teachers from all over the world who inspired and shaped my practice.
My motivation to start Yogansa was to create a safe space where you could take high-quality classes in dance and yoga. Rather than focusing on perfection and prestige, the goal was to experience the joy of dancing. Since 2017, I’ve been teaching my own concept: Yogansa Flow, a dance-yoga fusion class that also invites you to explore the more ecstatic aspects of dancing.
Above all, I’m deeply grateful and amazed by the natural community that emerged from Yogansa. During the pandemic, we faced great challenges, but the strong community helped us continue and stay open until spring 2023.
Today, I’m based in Spain, exploring new movement forms and singing practices while reconnecting with my body after the birth of my second son two years ago.
I love to explore movement in all its forms, and I believe the best way is in a safe, supportive container. Creating a space that’s playful, open, and safe is my passion!
